Frequently Asked Questions
Get the inspection first. A contractor can document your damage in detail, walk your roof, and give you an accurate picture of what an adjuster will look at. Going into your claim with that documentation puts you in a stronger position than filing blind and waiting for an adjuster to tell you what they found. The inspection is free and carries no obligation. It costs you nothing to have better information before you file.
We currently serve the Denver metro area including Aurora, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Englewood, Littleton, Arvada, Westminster, and Thornton. If you are outside these areas submit the form with your address and we will let you know whether we have a contractor who covers your location.
Storm chasers are out-of-state contractors who move into a market after a major hail or storm event, take deposits from homeowners, and often disappear before completing the work or before any warranty issues arise. They typically have no local license, no local business address, and no accountability once they leave the area. Every contractor in our network is locally based, license-verified through the Colorado state database, and has been personally interviewed before receiving any jobs from us. Out-of-state crews do not pass our vetting process.
The contractor will walk you through what they found, explain what repairs are needed, and give you a written estimate. If you have an insurance claim open they can help you understand how the damage aligns with what your adjuster will look for. You are under no obligation to hire them. If you decide to move forward, that agreement is between you and the contractor directly. We follow up after every inspection to confirm the contractor showed up, was professional, and gave you the information you needed.
Every contractor goes through the same process before receiving a single lead. We verify their license directly through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, confirm they carry a minimum of one million dollars in general liability insurance, review their Google Business Profile, and conduct a personal interview to confirm their service area, capacity, and experience with insurance claims. Contractors who do not meet these requirements do not join the network.
